Professor Arcangelo Gentile is a professor of Internal medicine of farm animals at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Bologna. He is a President of the World Buiatrics Association (WAB) and a Diplomate of the European College of Bovine Health Management (ECBHM), he is a recognized European specialist in bovine health management (EBVS accreditation).
His research focuses on bovine internal diseases, with an emphasis on gastroenterological and neurological disorders in calves, as well as genetic disorders in cattle.
What will the lecture be about?
Neurological examination is a crucial part of clinical diagnostics. This lecture will focus on a practical approach to neurological examination, lesion localization, and the diagnosis of the most common neurological diseases in cattle. Understanding the relationships between neuroanatomical structures and clinical signs is essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
