Admission Procedure Statistics
The admission procedure for the Master's study programme in Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of VETUNI is carried out in accordance with § 50 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to some other Acts (the Higher Education Act).
Data related to the admission procedure are processed according to Decree No. 343/2002 Coll. on the procedure and conditions for publishing the course of the admission procedure at universities, as amended by Decree No. 276/2004 Coll.
Course of the admissions procedure in 2025
First round:
In the first round of the admissions procedure, the deadline for online applications was 31. 3. 25.
The entrance exams were held between 5. 4. 25 and 11. 5. 25.
Number of applications received: 283
Number of applicants who sat the entrance exam: 243
Number of applicants who passed the entrance exam: 138
Number of applicants offered a place in the programme: 138
Second round:
In the second round of the admissions procedure, the deadline for online applications was 14. 7. 25.
The entrance exam was held on 25. 7. 25.
Number of applications received: 50
Number of applicants who sat the entrance exam: 36
Number of applicants who passed the entrance exam: 21
Number of applicants offered a place in the programme: 12
Information about the entrance exam:
The entrance exam took the form of an online multiple choice test in biology and chemistry based on the secondary school curriculum.
The online tests were monitored using AutoProctor software.
